Great customer service
We signed up for the morning flight. The staff was very professional and took our safety as priority (we had to postpone our flight twice due to fog). We ended up flying during the fall foliage so it was definitely worth the wait! Morning flights have a higher risk of being canceled, I have seen people who drove 3 hours to get here only to be sent home due to fog. But if you don't mind the drive and want an amazing view, I would definitely recommend the morning flights!
